Return & Refund Policy

At Kiddo, we understand that your baby's safety and comfort are your top priority. Items shipped from wearekiddo.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We will arrange with you the return process and a full refund of your purchase price, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges. Products that are not eligible for return cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Items that were received damaged, defective, missing parts or not as described could be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. We will arrange with you the return process and a full refund of your purchase price, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to initiating return, issuing refund/replacement if applicable.

Returns will be processed only if:

  • The product is not damaged.
  • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
  • The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, and, if applicable, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)

Note: We will not accept return of any item which is wrongfully sent to us. This includes items which were not originally purchased from wearekiddo.com. In the event we receive such items, we are unable to return or provide a refund or other concession in respect of such items. We can only provide a refund in respect of correct items which are returned in accordance with our policies. Any item which you send or return to Kiddo cannot be shipped or otherwise returned to you.

 

New Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Baby Care Items:

  • Baby items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt of shipment, as long as they are in their original packaging, sealed and were not opened or used.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards

 

Hygiene-related products, feeding and training accessories, diapers, and accessories, and bath care products are not eligible for return.

  • Bottles
  • Feeding Bottles
  • Pacifiers & Teethers
  • Diapers
  • Baby Body Care

 

Personal Care Supplies:      

Nutrition (Infant Baby Food, Toddlers' and Kids' Health Drinks, Vitamin and Mineral Supplements), Bath & Shower.

  • These items are non-returnable due to the consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards

 

Refurbished Products eligible for returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

If your item does not match the description or there is an undisclosed issue with the item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. 

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to initiating return, issuing refund/replacement if applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.

After we receive your item and verify your claim, we'll happily refund your payment. 

If we don't hear from you within 14 days of receiving your order, we'll assume everything is A-OK. After 14 days, you assume full responsibility and liability for the product.

Please review the following before submitting a return request:

  • We do not accept returns on clearance or final sale items and do not guarantee compatibility for any item (e.g. car seats)
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Item(s) must be in the original condition they were sent and all original packaging must be included (if applicable)
  • Item(s) must be shipped to us within 3 days of receiving your return confirmation
  • The evaluation process may take up to 7 business days from receipt of the return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests

Refurbished Baby Gear Products

Car seats, Strollers, Prams, Travel Systems, High Chairs, Seat Boosters, Buggies, Cots, Beds, Swings etc…

  • (Change of Mind): The product must be returned with the original kiddo packaging, sealed, and unopened to allow a refund/exchange excluding the return/handling charges that will apply. 
  • If the product has been used, the product’s original kiddo packaging was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original kiddo packaging, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned.
  • Kiddo has the right to determine if the item is to be repaired, returned to the customer, exchanged or refunded.

 

Electronic Equipment (e.g., sterilizers, electric swings, etc…)

  • The product must be returned with the original kiddo packaging, sealed, and unopened.
  • If the product has been used, the product’s original kiddo packaging was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original kiddo packaging, information booklet, and all other accessories must also be returned.
  • Kiddo has the right to determine if the item is to be repaired, returned to the customer, or refunded.

Refund Policy

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, (Please allow for 7 business days for the evaluation) and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Haven’t Received a Refund Yet? 

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it, feel free to contact us at support@wearekiddo.com 

There’s a good chance your refund has been issued and your bank or credit card company has not yet posted the credit (usually takes 7-14 business days), but we’re happy to provide you with a status update on our end after you have checked a recent bank statement. 

Cancellation Policy 

We get it, things happen! Soon after an order is placed, we will start preparing it for shipping so it can arrive to you as quickly as possible. Once an order is in progress, we are unable to complete a cancellation request.

  • If you placed your order and it has not been prepared for shipping, we will issue a refund via your original payment method.
  • If you choose to cancel and your order has been prepared for shipping,you will not be eligible for a refund.
